Supporting MSMEs to Scale Up, Phapros Distributes IDR 2.9 Billion in Funding
Semarang, September 17, 2025 PT Phapros Tbk (PEHA), a subsidiary of PT Kimia Farma Tbk (KAEF), once again distributed the Micro and Small Enterprise Funding Program (PUMK) Phase III/2025 to 13 prospective foster partners at the Phapros office in Simongan, Semarang, Central Java.
Corporate Secretary of PT Phapros Tbk, Zahmilia Akbar, who was present in person, congratulated the 13 selected prospective foster partners.
"Based on national data, MSME growth in 2025 has slowed compared to 2024, caused by weakening public purchasing power and the effect of declining income. The development of MSMEs in Indonesia shows a growth trend in the number of business units from around 64.2 million at the end of 2024 to 66 million in May 2025," she continued.
In this Phase III/2025 disbursement, Phapros distributed revolving funds amounting to IDR 872,000,000 (eight hundred seventy-two million rupiah) to 13 prospective foster partners spread across Central Java, with business sectors in industry, services, and trade.
Thus, the total funds distributed from January to September 2025 amount to IDR 2,912,000,000 (two billion nine hundred twelve million rupiah) to 38 foster partners, with a total of 234 active foster partners.
Phapros has been distributing the PUMK Program since 1997, bringing the total funds distributed to date to IDR 56.7 billion to 1,072 foster partners.
"This MSE Funding Program is the third phase, which we plan to conduct 4 times a year in March, June, September, and December. Since this is a revolving fund, the hope is that the foster partners' businesses will grow larger and be able to absorb labor, as well as become smoother in their installment payments. So that the collected funds can support Phapros in redistributing funds to other MSMEs," she continued.
In addition to distributing the MSE funding program, Phapros TJSL (Social and Environmental Responsibility) also conducted a knowledge-sharing session for its prospective foster partners to foster a spirit of innovation and improve product marketing.
This knowledge sharing was delivered by one of Phapros TJSL's foster partners, Nurdiah Nilawati (NR Wedding), with the title "Service Excellent."
In her material, Nurdiah Nilawati explained that service excellent is the ability of an individual/organization to provide consistent, high-quality, friendly, fast, and precise service.
To achieve this, several things are needed such as attitude and communication, professionalism, quality of results, and after-service. Nurdiah also explained the definition of communication ethics, namely the norms and rules that must be observed in communicating to remain harmonious and productive.
Ways to improve communication ethics include practicing listening and empathy, using clear words, giving good feedback, and focusing while communicating.
In the final session, Nurdiah advised all foster partners to continue learning and developing skills, as well as to maintain a professional attitude.
