Ramadan with Phapros: Spreading Goodness, Achieving Victory

The holy month of Ramadan 1447 H served as a special momentum for all Phapros personnel to reflect while strengthening togetherness. Carrying the theme "Wholehearted Ramadan, Achieving Victory Together," PT Phapros Tbk presented a series of activities that not only deepened spirituality but also fostered solidarity, creativity, and social care.

The Ramadan journey at Phapros began with Tarhib Ramadan on February 15, 2026, at the Al Ikhlas Mosque, Simongan Plant, Semarang. Attended by around 200 congregants, this event was a collaborative effort between the General Department and the Mosque Committee. The spirit of Ramadan was further sustained through Ramadan Study Sessions held in a hybrid format every Monday through Thursday.

In addition to enriching spiritual life, Phapros also paid attention to mental health while fasting through a Ramadan Webinar themed "Mindfulness and Emotion Management" featuring psychologist Lily Marliana, S.Psi., M.Psi. Innovation in dawah also colored this year's Ramadan through the Ramadan Web Comic, where moral messages and values of goodness were delivered in a lighthearted, entertaining way.

The atmosphere of togetherness was felt during the Iftar (Buka Bersama) event held on March 13, 2026, in the Avicena Room, Simongan. A total of 170 participants attended, including local community figures. The event became even more meaningful with the presence of children from the Al Busyiri Orphanage and a religious lecture (tausiyah) from Habib Abdurrohman bin Farid Al Mutohhar. The vibrancy of Ramadan was also felt at the Ramadan Bazaar held on March 7, 2026, in the yard of the Al Ikhlas Mosque at the Simongan Plant, featuring 21 MSME partners of TJSL (Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility) and a subsidized staple food package program (tebus murah) of 500 packages.

Social care was an essential part of Phapros' Ramadan event series. Through the "Sharing Basic Foods" (Berbagi Sembako) and "Sharing Takjil" (Berbagi Takjil) programs, the company engaged directly with the community. A total of 100 staple food packages were distributed to the needy (dhuafa) and another 100 packages to TB patients in the Simongan and Imam Bonjol areas on March 9–10, 2026. Meanwhile, in Jakarta, 200 takjil packages were distributed to the local community surrounding the head office on March 4, 2026.

As a means of self-development and reinforcing values of goodness, Phapros also hosted the Ramadan Challenge. Through the 1 Day 1 Juz program, 31 participants successfully recited a total of 763 juz of the Qur'an, with 16 participants reaching 19 juz. For every 10 juz read, 1 kg of rice was donated, accumulating a total of 70 kg of rice for social activities.

Additionally, there was the Ramadan Kindness League, a competition encouraging employees to spread kindness in the workplace and community. In this activity, Anjaz Tika from Registration and Pharmacovigilance won the Most Kind Employee of Ramadan award, while Bunga Yunita from Market Access was named the Ramadan Kindness Inspirator.

The positive spirit of Ramadan was also expressed in various internal competitions, such as the Ramadan Healthy Menu Competition, Islamic Song Singing Competition, and Calligraphy Competition. Phapros also invited the broader public to enliven homecoming (mudik) traditions through the "Antimo Sahabat Mudik" competition. The Ramadan series concluded with Halal Bihalal held on March 25, 2026, at the Simongan Plant.
