GCG & Risk Management Committee

Risk Management Committee carries out duty, authority and responsibility as stipulated in Risk Committee Charter, as follows:

  1. To help the Board of Commissioners to ensure effectiveness of GCG implementation.
  2. To help the Board of Commissioners to ensure effectiveness of Risk Management implementation.
  3. To help the Board of Commissioners reviewing investment of the Company and have effective and efficient execution.
  4. To identify several issues requiring Board of Commissioners concern as well as other duties of the Board of Commissioners.
