PT PHAPROS TBK HOLDS TOWNHALL MEETING 2025: SINERGI KITA BISA

Semarang, January 2, 2025 - PT Phapros Tbk held a Townhall Meeting 2025 with the theme Synergy We Can. This event was attended by all employees offline and online. This Townhall Meeting is a forum for communication and friendship between the Board of Directors and all employees and discusses performance achievements in 2024 and strategies in 2025.

Plt. President Director of PT Phapros Tbk, Ida Rahmi Kurniasih, conveyed the condition of the company in 2024 which still faced severe challenges. The company's sales have decreased 27% (YoY) until Q3/2024, due to regulatory changes, market shifts to BPJS generic products, as well as internal problems such as high employee costs and operational costs. “As a strategic step, PT Phapros Tbk will strengthen operational, commercial, and support through the 2025 RKAP and the Company Restructuring Plan (RPP) for the next five years,” he added. The company also targets a turnover growth of Rp 987.5 billion with a profit of Rp 10 billion in 2025.

Despite the challenges, PT Phapros Tbk managed to record several achievements in 2024, such as the implementation of INDI 4.0, GREEN PROPER candidate, participation in the 2024 LEAN Contest, as well as the drafting of the 2025-2026 Collective Labor Agreement (CLA).

To ensure sustainable growth, the company set several strategic initiatives, including improving financial capability, customer satisfaction, product diversification, business transformation, and organizational rightsizing. In addition, PT Phapros Tbk also emphasizes the importance of a more adaptive and innovative corporate culture.
