Phapros Celebrates National Children's Day in Semarang City

Phapros participated in National Children's Day activities organized by Semarang City Government, Semarang City Women Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DP3A), in collaboration with Anantaka Foundation, APSAI Semarang City, Semarang City Children Forum and supported by various stakeholders in Semarang City.

The event was held on August 10, 2024 in the Tugu Dandang area, Sodong Village, Mijen District, Semarang. The highlight of the Semarang City National Children's Day event was themed, “Great Children, Ready to Fight Stunting!”. The event was attended by representatives of elementary and junior high schools in Semarang City. Also present to open the National Children's Day Event were Semarang Mayor Hevearita G. Rahayu or Mbak Ita and Semarang City OPDs including Semarang City DISBUDPAR, Semarang City Food Security Office, Semarang City Health Office, Semarang City Archives and Library Office, HOMPIMPA Community, Semarang City Children's Forum, Semarang City Agriculture Office, and Semarang City Education Office.

In the culmination of the National Children's Day event, Plt. President Director / Production Director of PT Phapros Tbk, Ida Rahmi Kurniasih, along with the TJSL and Marketing team to provide education to junior high school students about DAGUSIBU (Get Use Save and Dispose) to provide information to the public about how to treat drugs properly and correctly, PHBS (Clean Healthy Lifestyle), prevention of stunting, prevention of anemia by maintaining balanced nutrition, and ended with together taking blood supplement tablets by as many as 150 junior high school students participating in National Children's Day.

This event aims to increase knowledge to teenagers about the importance of maintaining health with balanced nutrition through nutritious food, to increase children's participation in stunting prevention in Semarang City, and to provide space for children to play a role in stunting prevention through various media.
