PT Phapros Tbk Extends Strategic Cooperation with PT B. Braun Medical Indonesia to Fulfill National Health Service Needs

In order to support the fulfillment of public health service needs throughout Indonesia, PT Phapros Tbk officially extended the strategic cooperation with PT B. Braun Medical Indonesia forMarketing Authorization Holder of Imported Infusion Products. The cooperation has been established since 2016, covering Infusion products produced by B. Braun Global, one of the world's leading companies in the provision of health solutions.

In an effort to comply with the latest regulatory developments, this collaboration also takes into account the implementation of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) Regulation No. 27 of 2022 on the Supervision of Food and Drug Imports. One of the important points in this regulation is the change in the procedure for applying for an Import Certificate (SKI), which is also a concern in the continuation of cooperation between the two parties.

This momentum took place on January 6, 2025 at the Head Office of PT B. Braun Medical Indonesia, located at Tempo Scan Tower, South Jakarta. In the meeting, PT Phapros Tbk was represented by Plt. President Director, Ida Rahmi Kurniasih, along with the Business Development team. Meanwhile, PT B. Braun Medical Indonesia was represented by Rainer Markus Ruppel as President Director, accompanied by Sri Sulistiowati as Chief Financial Officer. The signing and ratification of this agreement was carried out and officially notarized before Notary Miki Tanumiharja, S.H.
