In holding the RUPSLB, Phapros obtains a new captain.

JAKARTA, December 14, 2023 – PT Phapros Tbk, which is also one of the national pharmaceutical companies, held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) with the agenda of changing the company's management. In this meeting, shareholders approved the appointment of David Sidjabat as the Chief Executive Officer, replacing Hadi Kardoko, who was appointed as the Director of Production and Supply Chain at the RUPSLB of PT Kimia Farma Tbk in mid-October. They also appointed Yudhi Rangkuti as the Director of Finance, Risk Management, and Human Resources. Thus, the composition of the company's management becomes:

• President Commissioner: Maxi Rein Rondonuwu
• Commissioner: Masrizal Achmad Syarief
• Independent Commissioner: Chrisma Albandjar
• Independent Commissioner: Bimo Wijayanto

Board of Directors
• Chief Executive Officer: David Sidjabat
• Director of Finance, Risk Management & HR: Yudhi Rangkuti
• Director of Marketing: Maraja Jeson Siregar
• Director of Production: Ida Rahmi Kurniasih

David Sidjabat is a graduate of MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Indonesia. Previously, he served as the Director of Finance, Risk Management & HR at PT Phapros Tbk since 2021.

On the other hand, before being appointed as the Director of Finance, Risk Management & HR at PT Phapros Tbk in today's RUPSLB, Yudhi Rangkuti held the same position at PT Kimia Farma Apotek.

With the new leadership, the issuer with the stock code PEHA is optimistic about continuing to grow with strategic programs currently being implemented, such as operational excellence, commercial excellence, strengthening the company's digitalization system, and human resources.
