Collaboration of TJSL, EHS, and Utility Phapros: Solar Cell for Taman Pelangi PGOR Mardi Utomo

Semarang, August 13, 2025 – In an effort to support environmentally friendly and energy-efficient programs, PT Phapros Tbk donated 4 units of solar-powered garden lights (solar cells) installed in Taman Pelangi PGOT Mardi Utomo. This activity is a collaboration between TJSL, EHS, and Utility as part of Phapros’ commitment to support community and environmental development through Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) programs.

The handover of these solar garden lights is expected to help PGOT Mardi Utomo raise awareness and promote the use of renewable energy. These solar lights save electricity energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, thereby helping to mitigate climate change impacts.

On this occasion, the Utility Manager of Phapros shared knowledge about the use and benefits of solar garden lights. He explained that solar garden lights can be an effective and efficient alternative to reduce energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions. The Head of PGOT Mardi Utomo expressed that this program is very beneficial and is one of the important programs related to the Climate Village Program (Proklim). He hopes that the donation of solar garden lights can assist PGOT Mardi Utomo in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and increasing public awareness about the importance of environmental conservation.

With the support of these solar garden lights, Phapros hopes this activity marks the beginning for PGOT Mardi Utomo to become more environmentally friendly.
