From the Idea Room to the Stage of Achievement: Phapros' Lean Innovation Journey Closing the Year 2025

On Friday, August 15, 2025, LUMINA was officially socialized to all Phapros personnel. This momentum strengthened the strategic steps previously taken by Phapros through the restructuring of the Innovation Commission (KOIN) into the Corporate Lean Innovation Team at the National Coordination Meeting in early 2023. This transformation marks a shift from sporadic innovation towards innovation that is more systemic and grounded. Post-socialization, internal collaboration became increasingly palpable through active discussions in the Lean Innovation Team WhatsApp group to prepare for participation in various prestigious events.

Achievements and Awards Under the leadership of Bagus Giant Hendra Permana, the Lean Innovation Team was able to be orchestrated harmoniously, making innovation a directed collective movement. The following are the achievements earned by Phapros:

  • LUMINA Festival 2025 (December 10, 2025): Phapros successfully won four awards.

    2nd Place in the The Most Impactful in Risk Innovation Mitigation (Group) category was won by Team KUATI.

    • 3rd Place in the same category was won by Team DEXLITE.

    • 3rd Place in the personal category was won by Ganang Saputra.

    • 3rd Place in the The Most Inspiring Risk Associate category was won by the Risk Management & GCG Department under the leadership of Dendy Haryadhie.

    • Innovation Awards 2025 (UNNES): Phapros won 3rd Place in the Environmentally Impactful Industry category, affirming the company's commitment as a learning industry open to research collaboration.

  • Closing the Year with Growth Closing the year 2025, the Lean Innovation Team held the InnoVVard Lean Enterprise 2025 Convention. Throughout the year, the number of innovation proposals grew by 43.37% compared to 2024. Management targets were successfully exceeded with an estimated value creation reaching Rp9.04 billion. Structural strengthening was also carried out through the addition of Quality Assurance field verifiers under the coordination of Bhisma Akbar Pradana.

This achievement received direct appreciation from the Acting (Plt.) President Director of PT Phapros Tbk, Ida Rahmi Kurniasih, who emphasized the importance of continuous learning and improved innovation governance. The contribution of innovation is reflected in sales growth above 20%, as well as margins and EBITDA exceeding the RKAP.
