The Splendor of the Ramadan Bazaar of PT Phapros Tbk in the Year 2024

On Saturday, March 23, 2024, the TJSL Department once again organized the Ramadan Bazaar in the courtyard of the Al Ikhlas Mosque of PT Phapros Tbk. The purpose of this bazaar is to alleviate the burden on the community, especially in the areas around Phapros' operational areas, in order to obtain groceries at prices much cheaper than those in the market, considering the steadily rising prices of basic necessities so that their daily needs are still fulfilled.

In her speech, the Acting Manager of TJSL, Asyera Dewi Barita, also stated that PT Phapros Tbk will always strive to provide the best for the community, especially for the residents around in economic development.

This bazaar provided 500 grocery packages priced at Rp 100,000 per package, a price subsidized by Phapros. The grocery packages consisted of 5 kg of rice, 1 liter of cooking oil, 1 kg of sugar, and 5 packs of instant noodles. The sale of groceries was evenly distributed to the communities in the Bongsari and Ngemplak Simongan sub-districts. However, it's not impossible for some people from outside the Phapros vicinity to participate in purchasing.

The grocery sales system was limited to a maximum of two packages per person. Buyers were also provided with door prize drawings. A total of 26 lottery numbers were provided to liven up the event.

In addition to the grocery sales, there was also a "Muslim Clothing Thrift" section which collected clothing from all Phapros employees, both from Semarang and Jakarta Headquarters. The Muslim clothing sold ranged from Rp 5,000 to Rp 20,000. The proceeds from these sales were donated to orphanages.

There were also 15 exhibition stands participated by several Phapros fostered MSME partners and also from the general public. Various products were marketed ranging from food, packaged drinks, accessories, to clothing. The registration fee of Rp 25,000 received from exhibition participants would be handed over to the Al Ikhlas Mosque as charity.

PT Phapros Tbk through the TJSL team sincerely hopes to continue holding the Ramadan Bazaar annually for the benefit of the wider community.
