Strengthening the Innovation Spirit of Partnering Associates, TJSL Phapros Conducts Virtual Training on Young Entrepreneurship.

An entrepreneur is an individual who can create a new business, willing to bear most of the risks, and in return can enjoy the benefits. In Indonesia, the entrepreneurship sector is largely populated by small businesses or MSMEs and becomes the driving force of the economy. This training discusses the definition, characteristics, goals, and benefits of becoming an entrepreneur. With this training, the partner fostered is expected to cultivate innovative spirits, as well as be able to bring about social and economic changes in the community.

The Partnership Training was held virtually on July 13, 2022, with Ali Esmanto S.Pd as the speaker, who is also the Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Indonesia Kudus (HIPMI Kudus) and followed by partner fostered. In his material, Ali Esmanto, who is also a Jenang entrepreneur from Kudus, explained the mindset that entrepreneurs must have, including self-confidence, achievement orientation, risk-taking, independent spirit, creativity/innovation, and perseverance. In addition, Ali also gave some success tips for running a business, such as straightening intentions, striving, utilizing the digital world, mentoring, and increasing prayers.

Ali added that digital optimization models are needed for an entrepreneur, such as:

Identity, has our business had social media accounts, software, websites, data access methods, and attractive content?
Business model, businesses now not only conventional but also in the digital era.
Managerial, business management must use digital systems, how to apply financial reporting bookkeeping.
Service, this concerns employee participation so that it can be measured and updated at any time. Optimizing the digital world means increasing assets because reducing marketing costs and unnecessary costs can be redirected to other sectors to improve productivity.

In the closing session, Ali advised all partner fostered that if you have decided to pursue one field, be a consistent person, that is the real key to success. Success has nothing to do with age, physical condition, educational status, and social status.
