Sixty-Eight Years of Phapros, Collaborating for a Healthy Indonesia.

As the economic situation in Indonesia improves after the Covid-19 pandemic, Phapros, which has just celebrated its 68th anniversary, has also felt the positive impact. The 68th anniversary celebration was held in a hybrid format with various activities that were highly anticipated by the Phapros employees, considering that last year's celebration was held online and was quite limited due to health protocols at the time. At the age of 68, Phapros has gone through many opportunities and challenges in providing maximum contributions to improve the health of the nation and country.

This year, Phapros' 68th anniversary theme is "Collaborating for a Healthy Indonesia." Phapros, which has been present in society for 68 years and is part of the BUMN Pharmaceutical Holding, always innovates to promote health in Indonesia by providing the best. Along the way, Phapros always presents the best gift to the country through strategic partnerships with research institutions, universities, and hospitals to fulfill its commitment to health products needed by the public.

The 68th anniversary celebration of Phapros was held on June 21, 2022, attended by the Board of Commissioners, Directors, General Manager, all employees, and invited guests. Speeches and congratulations were given to Phapros from stakeholders consisting of the Ministry of SOEs, PT Bio Farma (Persero) as the BUMN Pharmaceutical Holding, Kimia Farma Group, Lucas Djaja Group, the Mayor of Malang, association leaders, and other Phapros relations who contributed to the company's various business activities. The CEO of PT Bio Farma (Persero), Honesti Basyir, in his speech, stated that the moment of Phapros' 68th anniversary, the company must always provide inspiration and motivation to all of us to contribute more to the nation and country.

"The increase in age must be interpreted as an increase in our desire to advance, innovate, and most importantly collaborate to realize a healthy Indonesia. Hopefully, Phapros becomes one of the pharmaceutical industries that is proud of Insan Phapros, Insan Holding Farmasi, and of course, Indonesia," said the man who is always familiarly called Bapak Honest.

Hadi Kardoko, CEO of Phapros, appreciated all employees scattered throughout Indonesia for their contributions and achievements that made Phapros survive to the age of 68. "Phapros has survived for 68 years, and we have passed through extraordinary times in the past two years, which proves that we can still survive. Hopefully, in the future, we can continue to contribute to Kimia Farma Group, Holding Farmasi, and Indonesia through the continuous innovations we make," he added.

On the other hand, Assistant Deputy for Health Industry, Ministry of SOEs, Aditya Dhanwantara, stated that Phapros' 68th anniversary must be reflected in increasing efforts to collaborate with the BUMN Pharmaceutical Holding and contribute positively to Indonesia. "We hope this momentum will be the beginning of the development of the company for product innovation to increase competitiveness in the industry and increase its role in building national pharmaceutical industry independence," he said in his speech.

The 68th anniversary celebration of Phapros was then continued with the cutting of the tumpeng by the CEO, Hadi Kardoko. On that occasion, he symbolically handed over a piece of tumpeng to one of the General Manager Phapros representatives. Then the event continued with a performance by the famous comedian, Insan Nur Akbar, who successfully entertained Phapros employees who participated in the anniversary celebration both offline and online.

Entering the end of the event, various attractive prizes were given by participating in Kahoot Quiz and doorprize drawing. The prizes given for this year's anniversary celebration were enough to make Phaprosers very excited, ranging from cash, shopping vouchers, gold, to the grand prize in the form of a motorcycle given to more than 60 lucky Phaprosers.
