IN ACCORDANCE WITH DELAYING OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS PT PHAPROS Tbk

2019 FISCAL YEAR

Following up on the Status of Specific Emergency Disasters Corona Virus (COVID-19) in Indonesia which has been announced by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority ("OJK") Letter Number: S-92/D.04/2020 dated March 18, 2020 regarding the Relaxation of Report Submission Obligations and the Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Decree of the Governor of the Special Capital City of Jakarta (DKI Jakarta) Number 337 of 2020 concerning Determination of the Status of the Disaster Response of the COVID-19 Plague in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta in conjunction with the Appeal of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Number 6 of 2020 concerning Temporary Suspension of Office Activities in the Context of Preventing the Spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), hereby submit the announcement of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Announcement for Fiscal Year 2019 ("Meeting") of PT Phapros Tbk ("Company") which has been submitted advertised on the Bisnis Indonesia daily, the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and the Company's website, www.phapros.co.id on the day Thursday, March 19, 2020. The meeting which was originally to be held on Monday, April 27, 2020, will be postponed at a later time. The Company will still refer to the deadline for holding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) by the Public Company as stated in the OJK Letter Number: S-92/D.04/2020 dated March 18, 2020 concerning Relaxation of Obligation to Submit Reports and Implementation of General Meeting of Holders Stock.

This was notified to be known by the Company's Shareholders.
