Phapros Officially Launches SIGER Wanita Program: RAHTAWU VILLAGE TO PREVENT ANEMIA AND STRENGTHEN FOOD SECURITY

Rahtawu, November 21, 2025 - PT Phapros Tbk, through its Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program, launched the SIGER Wanita Program - Rahtawu Healthy Village, an initiative focused on improving women's health, especially adolescent girls, through anemia prevention education, strengthening food security, and economic empowerment based on local potential.

This program supports Phapros' commitment to improving public health, specifically anemia prevention as part of accelerating stunting reduction. Education and support in the form of blood supplement tablets are given to adolescent girls as future mothers to avoid the risk of anemia.

The program launch was attended by the Acting President Director of PT Phapros Tbk, Ida Rahmi Kurniasih, who emphasized the company's commitment to continuously supporting the community's quality of life through sustainable TJSL programs.

This activity was also attended by the Kudus District Health Office, the Rahtawu Village Government, BUMDes Utama Karya, and PT Kreatif Cipta Mulia (KCM) as the implementing partner. This collaboration strengthens joint steps in providing solutions that touch community needs, both in terms of health and local potential development.

As a creative consultant, KCM assists in the development of Human Resources (SDM) and Natural Resources (SDA) in Rahtawu Village. The village government has prepared food security strengthening through agricultural and fishery cultivation, while BUMDes encourages community participation and the marketing of local products.

The program covers anemia education for adolescent girls, empowering farmers and adolescent girls in cultivating iron-rich plants and fish, as well as developing businesses from the harvest results. This collaboration is expected to strengthen village independence and open up tourism opportunities based on agri-food and nutrition education.

Program implementation covers four main series: nutrition and health education; agriculture and fishery training; economic empowerment through harvest processing; and implementation stages starting from needs surveys, training, production, marketing, to evaluation.

With multi-party synergy, the SIGER Wanita Program - Rahtawu Healthy Village is expected to provide a real impact on women's health and residents' economic independence. Phapros is committed to making it part of a sustainable effort towards a healthier, more active, empathetic, and empowered society.
