Phapros Conducts INDI 4.0 Assessment with the Ministry of Industry
Semarang, July 17, 2026 – PT Phapros Tbk conducted an online Indonesia Industry 4.0 Readiness Index (INDI 4.0) assessment facilitated by the Directorate General of Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Textile Industries at the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia.
The assessment and verification formed part of the company's efforts to measure and evaluate its readiness for, and implementation of, Industry 4.0 transformation. Through the process, Phapros sought to assess its progress and identify areas requiring improvement so that its transformation roadmap could be developed further.
The assessment was attended by PT Phapros Tbk's Production Director, Ida Rahmi Kurniasih, alongside INDI 4.0 Transformation Team Leader Nanang Soepriyanto and members of the company's transformation team.
During the session, the transformation team presented various programs and initiatives implemented as part of the company's Industry 4.0 journey. The assessment involved presentations, discussions, and verification of supporting evidence prepared by the team.
Assessment by the Ministry of Industry Team
The INDI 4.0 assessment involved assessors from several units of the Ministry of Industry: Directorate IKHF (Theobroma Guntur, Rachmad Falah, and Meisy Radhista); Secretariat of the Directorate General of IKFT (Osama Jundi); and POPTIKJI (Azhar Arnata).
The assessors carried out a comprehensive review of Industry 4.0 implementation, covering strategy, technology, human resources, production processes, and data integration and utilization.
The activity also provided an opportunity for Phapros to gain perspectives and feedback from the Ministry of Industry to further strengthen its Industry 4.0 transformation roadmap.
Collaboration as the Key to Transformation
The INDI 4.0 assessment encouraged Phapros employees to strengthen collaboration and evaluate the progress of digital transformation. Participation from different functions demonstrated that transformation requires support across the organization, rather than from a single team.
The assessment results and feedback will serve as a basis for identifying improvements and determining the next development steps. By harnessing technology, integrating data, and improving employee competencies, Phapros is committed to strengthening its competitiveness and readiness to address future industrial challenges.
