Semarang & Jakarta, August 15-20, 2025 - PT Phapros Tbk conducted the ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit II and ISO 14001:2015 Surveillance Audit I, led by auditors from LRQA Indonesia in a hybrid manner, involving various related departments through interview methods and field visits.

The execution of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 external audit at PT Phapros Tbk is not only a certification obligation but also a strategy for efficiency, customer trust, and environmental sustainability. This audit is a routine agenda aimed at ensuring the implementation of quality and environmental management systems at PT Phapros Tbk complies with international standards.

Through document examination, field observation, and interviews with various departments, auditors assessed the effectiveness of the system while providing input for continuous improvement.

The result was that the system was declared effective and in accordance with international standards, with several minor improvement recommendations for continuous improvement.
