Indonesia PR Top Leader (IPRTL) 2025 Awards
In the digital 4.0 era, with over 79.5% of the Indonesian population connected to the internet, the communication landscape has drastically changed. The role of Public Relations (PR) now requires a more participatory, transparent, and adaptive strategic approach to the developments in communication technology.
PT Phapros Tbk’s Corporate Secretary, Zahmilia Akbar, received the Indonesia Public Relations Top Leader 2025 award for Driving Strategic Communication Supporting Export and Growth Initiatives in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Industry category. The award was presented by Warta Ekonomi during the Indonesia PR Top Leader (IPRTL) 2025 event at the Sultan Hotel Jakarta, on Tuesday (May 27, 2025).
With the theme “Empowering Strategic Communication, Driving Engagement, Innovation, and Ethical Leadership,” this award is an appreciation of strategic communication leaders who have demonstrated exceptional leadership amid the digital transformation wave and the complexities of public communication.
The IPRTL 2025 event highlighted three key aspects of evaluation: Digital Engagement and Interaction, which measures how companies build two-way interactions through social media and digital campaigns; Ethical and Transparent Communication, assessing how companies apply openness and ethics in public communication; and Media Coverage Quality, which evaluates the quality of media exposure for the company in terms of social, economic, educational, and environmental impact.
Research findings show that 92% of the companies evaluated fall into the Very Good category, reflecting the strength of excellent PR leadership. As many as 97% of companies have maximized the use of social media to build relationships with the public, while 96% demonstrate a strong commitment to transparency and ethical principles.
