Iftar Together in Ramadan 1445 H at PT Phapros Tbk

Semarang, March 21, 2024 - The spirit of togetherness and joy was a distinctive sight at the Phapros Tennis Court in Semarang on Thursday, March 21, 2024. Carrying the theme, "Unite Hearts, Unite Hands, Towards Phapros Synergy," the Iftar Together event in Ramadan 1445 H at PT Phapros Tbk became a moment of unity for all Phapros employees.

Unrestricted by distance, employees gathered in a hybrid manner, both physically and virtually, with the main focus being at the Simongan Factory. Additionally, present in the warmth were the heads of Ngemplak Simongan and Bongsari sub-districts along with their officials, as well as the Phapros FIADIFA committee.

The event began with the recitation of QS. Al-Maidah verse 2 and a recitation delivered with utmost devotion by Petter Hernanda and Fatihatul Alifiyah. Not forgetting the national spirit, the singing of the Indonesian national anthem and the Phapros March was performed with great enthusiasm.

A message from the Commissioner, represented by Mr. Bimo Wijayanto, delivered virtually, stirred hearts to reflect on the true meaning of breaking the fast. "Breaking the fast is not just about eating and drinking, but there are also prayers for collective goodness, let us pray for the best for the benefit of this world and the hereafter, may Allah answer the prayers of the Muslim community, especially those fasting," he solemnly stated.

Equally inspiring, a speech from the Board of Directors, represented by the President Director, Mr. David Sidjabat, invited contemplation on the essence of Ramadan, "Ramadan is the right time to increase worship, strengthen bonds, and of course, to build and enhance synergy in every aspect of Phapros' work. Ramadan is the perfect time to compete in doing good deeds, and we must remain spirited in facing challenges. Ramadan is also the perfect moment for us to reflect on what we have gone through and to uphold our integrity," he said with enthusiasm.

The sermon delivered by Al-Ustadz Dr. Fahrurrozi, M.Ag., enlightened all participants. Fasting is not just about suppressing hunger and thirst, but also about organizing the heart and strengthening synergy among each other. To elucidate this, he said, "Like congregational prayers, there's an imam and there are congregants in rows, different positions and lines but with one goal. When the Imam bows and prostrates, the congregation follows together. This signifies unifying hearts, unifying hands. During prayer movements, there's often physical contact, but congregants don't get angry, it means if we have unified hearts and intentions, there's no desire to harm, only synergy. In unifying synergy, sometimes we have different views and opinions, but we don't undermine each other, because we build synergy for Phapros CAN!"

This quote illustrates the essence of the spirit within PT Phapros Tbk, which is unity, sincerity, and synergy. It reflects the importance of uniting hearts and intentions in every step we take, both in worship and in work.

The event not only provided warmth internally but also had a tangible impact on the surrounding community. Donations to the Al-Barokah Orphanage and the Tarbiyatul Orphanage were evidence of Phapros' concern for social needs.

Participants became more enthusiastic during the door prize session. In addition to the door prizes prepared by the committee, additional vouchers worth 500,000 for 20 winners from the President Director and Marketing Director served as a sweet conclusion to this blessed celebration.
