Executing 5 Strategic Steps, Phapros (PEHA) is Optimistic to Continue the Positive Trend of Sales & Net Profit Growth Throughout 2026
JAKARTA, June 11, 2026 - PT Phapros Tbk ("PEHA"), a leading pharmaceutical company in Indonesia, is optimistic about continuing the positive trend of its financial performance in 2026. Ambitiously, Phapros targets sales in 2026 to grow above 20%, while net profit to grow by double digits.
Phapros successfully maintained a positive trend in its financial performance in 2026. After successfully recording a net profit growth of 109% in 2025 and sales growth of 26.34% annually (year-on-year/y-o-y), PT Phapros Tbk is able to maintain sustainable profitability in 2026. In the first 3 months of 2026, Phapros once again posted a significant net profit growth reaching 112.86% y-o-y.
Phapros' profitability in Q1/2026 was supported by an increase in sales of 10.17% to Rp221.09 billion compared to the same period in 2025 of Rp200.67 billion. On the other hand, the cost of producing goods or cost of goods sold (COGS) in Q1/2026 only increased by 5.04%, and was successfully suppressed lower than the sales growth.
Meanwhile, Phapros' operating expenses in January - March 2026 were also relatively stable, only increasing by 7.35% y-o-y. The quite significant sales growth and the ability to maintain the stability of COGS and operating expenses enabled Phapros to record a net profit in Q1/2026 of Rp761.49 million, up 112.86% compared to the same period the previous year which still experienced a loss of Rp5.92 billion.
Intan Abdams Katoppo, President Director of PT Phapros Tbk, is optimistic that the company is able to maintain its financial performance growth in 2026, despite facing various challenges both at the domestic and global levels.
"Phapros' financial performance trend shows that the company has strong business fundamentals. Net profit in 2025 grew by 109% and in Q1/2026 it grew even higher, namely 113% y-o-y. Therefore, we are optimistic that this trend will continue until the end of this year. To realize performance growth, Phapros already has main strategies that serve as the company's strategic direction in creating long-term added value," said Intan during the PT Phapros Tbk Public Expose in Jakarta, Thursday (June 11, 2026).
5 Phapros Strategies
To improve financial performance in 2026, Intan explained that Phapros has formulated 5 main strategies for 2026.

First, strengthening healthy and sustainable financials. This strategy is carried out through strengthening working capital and implementing more measurable cost control.

Second, increasing customer satisfaction. This strategy is executed by improving service and product satisfaction measured by a customer satisfaction index.

Third, strengthening product and business portfolios. This strategy aims to strengthen the product portfolio and new products as well as to conduct business expansion.

Fourth, transforming systems and business processes. Phapros will increase its market share, create a smart supply chain through database integration, develop innovations, undergo digital transformation, restructure the cost of production (HPP) or COGS, and constantly ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Fifth, optimizing human resources and corporate culture. Phapros continues to make improvements and refresh the organizational structure (organizational restructuring), develop human capital capacity, and manage a cost-effective human capital ratio to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of HR on the company's production and revenue.
She added that the business process transformation aims to increase market share and sales across all product segments: The over-the-counter (OTC) drug segment, the branded generic drug (OGB) segment, and the ethical segment. In terms of strengthening the product portfolio, Phapros will also expand its export market.
Intan, who was appointed as President Director of Phapros at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on April 27, 2026, stated that Phapros as a pharmaceutical company will continue to innovate to produce new products. Innovation and research are very important for Phapros as a pharmaceutical company to remain competitive and have strong competitiveness.
Launching New Products
Meanwhile, the strategy to strengthen the product portfolio and new products will be executed through the launching of 4 new products in 2026. Intan mentioned that the product launch is to complete the range of dental painkiller products in powder form so that it is easily and quickly absorbed by the body to relieve pain. Phapros also focuses on government projects, one of which is the effort to reduce stunting. Therefore, Phapros will launch a new children's multivitamin product that focuses on supporting children's growth and development, bone, brain, and teeth growth, maintaining the immune system, and helping to meet children's daily nutritional needs.
Besides the positive financial performance trend and Phapros' 5 main strategies, Phapros' optimism regarding financial performance growth in 2026 is also supported by the spirit of the new Board of Commissioners and Directors. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on March 27, 2026, agreed to refresh the ranks of the Company's Board of Commissioners and Directors. The shareholders appointed Alfi N. Rustam as President Commissioner and Nurjayanto Kusumawardhono as Independent Commissioner. The EGMS also appointed Intan Abdams Katoppo as President Director and Ferdinand Troedu as Director of Finance, Risk Management & HR.
