ENLIVENING THE 79TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA, PT PHAPROS TBK PROMOTES THE SPIRIT OF NATIONALISM AND TOGETHERNESS

Welcoming the 79th Independence Day (HUT) of the Republic of Indonesia, PT Phapros Tbk shows its commitment to strengthen the spirit of togetherness and nationalism through a series of meaningful events. This year, PT Phapros Tbk again held various activities that were not only entertaining, but also fostered a sense of pride in national values. The series of Indonesian Independence Day celebrations at PT Phapros Tbk began with the Phapros Clash of Champion (CoC) Competition which took place on Friday, August 16, 2024, in the Avicena Besar Room, Simongan Factory, Semarang. The event started at 07.30 am, where participants were challenged to demonstrate their knowledge of archipelago insights, AKHLAK cultural values, and various aspects related to Phapros. The CoC competition was not only a knowledge competition, but also a means to understand about the company's culture, ethics, and history. The next series of events was held on Saturday, August 17, 2024. The event began with the Indonesian Flag Ceremony. A solemn atmosphere enveloped the PT Phapros Tbk tennis court during the Flag Ceremony which began at 07.00 am. The ceremony was attended by the entire Board of Directors, GM, Manager, and all employees of PT Phapros Tbk, wearing Regional Traditional Clothes or Batik with shades of red and white. The beauty of the ceremony was also increasingly felt with the accompaniment of songs such as “Wae Wa E O (We Can)”, “Mars Phapros”, and “Indonesia Jaya” performed by the Phapros choir. These songs not only accompanied, but also evoked the spirit of nationalism and pride in the country.

After the flag ceremony, the appreciative moment continued with the awarding of employees who have contributed for 25 years at PT Phapros Tbk. This award is a form of company appreciation for the dedication and loyalty of employees, as well as inspiring others to continue to be passionate in their work.

The excitement continued with the holding of a Fashion Show competition themed “Pesona Adat Nusantara” for all Phapros Semarang employees. This competition was attended by representatives from each division who displayed the richness of traditional clothing from various regions in Indonesia. Each pair that stepped on stage, brought a message of beautiful diversity as well as to promote and preserve Indonesian culture.

Phapros Head Office in Jakarta also celebrated the 79th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia with festivities. Starting with the Phapros Dance Workout Challenges, a competition that combines workout movements with energetic cardio music, adding to the excitement among the participants. In addition, various 17an Fun Games competitions also enlivened the atmosphere of Phapros Head Office in Jakarta, including Phapros Warrior, Eating Crackers, Sarong Relay, Shaking Balloons, and Tug of War competitions.

Finally, the Jakarta Head Office also held Phapros Ethnic Day, where all employees wore national traditional attire. Each division also sent representatives to participate in a fashion show, showcasing the rich cultural diversity and cohesiveness between divisions. The event underlined the message that in the midst of diversity, there is strong unity.
