Sharing Rice Across Indonesia
The difficult times caused by the Covid 19 pandemic and the implementation of PPKM have greatly affected all aspects of the economy among the general public. Meeting daily needs has become increasingly difficult, especially for low- to middle-income communities due to declining incomes.
CSR Phapros collaborated with 28 Phapros branches throughout Indonesia to hold a rice-sharing event for low- to middle-income communities, such as motorcycle taxi drivers, pedicab drivers, newspaper vendors, scavengers, and others. This activity was carried out in September 2021. A total of 2800 rice packets were distributed, with 100 packets per branch.
Hopefully, the assistance provided can be useful and lighten the burden of those affected communities.
