In order to comply with the Financial Service Authority Regulation No 55/POJK.04/2015 on the Establishment and Work Guideline of the Audit Committee dated 23 December 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Commissioner of the Company has approved the appointment of:
Mr. Bimo Wijayanto, Independent Commissioner, as the Head of the Audit Committee to replace Mr. Zainal Abidin.
With the result that the composition of the Company’s Audit Committee as of June 24th, 2022 is as follows:
