CHANGE OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE
PT PHAPROS Tbk (the “Company”)

In order to comply with the Financial Service Authority Regulation No 55/POJK.04/2015 on the Establishment and Work Guideline of the Audit Committee dated 23 December 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Commissioner of the Company has approved the appointment of:

  1. Mr. Zainal Abidin, Independent Commissioner, as the Head of the Audit Committee to replace Mr. Jajang Edi Priyatno;
  2. Mr. Moh. Fatkhul Mujib as the Member of the Audit Committee to replace Mrs. Triana Yuniati.

with the result that the composition of the Company’s Audit Committee as of _ 2021 is as follows:

Head        : Mr. Zainal Abidin
Member   : Mr. Totok Budisantoso
Member   : Mr. Moh. Fatkhul Mujib
