Phapros receives Siddhakarya award

PT Phapros Tbk received the Siddhakarya award from the Central Java Provincial Government. PT Phapros Tbk and 6 other companies in the superior category, namely PT PAN Brother Tbk Sragen, RS Mardi Rahayu Kudus, RSI Kendal, PT HOP LUN Boyolali, Hotel Alila Surakarta, and PT Slamet Langgeng Purbalingga. While two companies in the developing category are PT Umafindo Jepara and PT Mas Raya Indonesia Kendal.
The award was symbolically handed over by Pj. Governor of Central Java Mr. Komjen Pol (Ret) Drs. Nana Sudjana A.S, M.M. received by Acting President Director of PT Phapros Tbk Mrs. Ida Rahmi Kurniasih, on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at MG Setos Hotel, Semarang City. The award is a form of Government appreciation to companies that have succeeded in significantly increasing their productivity.
The award judging process began with an initial selection of 28 companies, which then selected 15 companies to take part in the Final Stage selection. The final selection resulted in 7 superior category companies (including PT Phapros Tbk) and 2 developing companies. The award selection process includes: project management information system, company internal audit, external audit, and verification.
PT Phapros Tbk implemented the Productivity Improvement Management System (SIMPPRO) since 2022. Prior to SIMPPRO, PT Phapros Tbk implemented the Criteria for Performance Excellence (KPKU) since 2017. As a management commitment related to SIMPPRO, PT Phapros Tbk has sent employees to receive training as SIMPPRO internal auditors in 2022.
In 2023 PT Phapros Tbk has been honored to become a SIMPPRO pilot project in Central Java from the Central Java Provincial Manpower and Transmigration Office by involving all work units representing Manufacture, Supporting and Marketing.
PT Phapros Tbk will then represent Central Java Province in the Paramakarya event, which is a national level productivity assessment event in 2025 with other superior Sidhakarya winners. The ultimate goal of this entire process is that we as Phapros people can continue to make continuous improvements in order to provide added value and support sustainable development for all stakeholders.
