Meeting with Minority Shareholders’ Representatives of PT Phapros Tbk

PT Phapros Tbk (PEHA) held a meeting with Minority Shareholders’ Representatives on 23 May 2025 as part of its commitment to strengthening communication and information transparency with shareholders. The meeting served as an opportunity for the Company’s management to present the latest developments in the Company’s performance, as well as to explain various strategic initiatives being implemented and planned to strengthen Phapros’ business fundamentals.

During the meeting, management explained that Phapros is currently undergoing a business transformation and performance recovery process through the strengthening of financial fundamentals, commercialization capabilities, product portfolio optimization, operational efficiency, and business process transformation. This direction is aligned with the Company’s five key strategies for 2025, namely: strengthening sustainable financial performance through debt restructuring and efficiency initiatives; improving customer satisfaction through enhanced commercialization and distribution capabilities; developing business and product portfolios through R&D initiatives and strategic partnerships; transforming business processes through digitalization; and strengthening human capital and talent development.

Going forward, management emphasized that the Company’s focus will not only be on increasing sales, but also on achieving quality growth and improving profitability. Phapros will adopt a more selective approach in developing products with strong margin potential, strengthen its OTC and ethical product segments, improve distribution effectiveness, develop new products through R&D, and expand export markets. At the same time, cost efficiency initiatives, supply chain strengthening, digital transformation, and financial restructuring will continue to be implemented to establish a healthier and more sustainable business structure.

The meeting with the Top 20 Minority Shareholders’ Representatives is expected to further strengthen the two-way dialogue between management and investors, enabling shareholders to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the Company’s current condition, challenges, and strategic initiatives prepared by management to improve performance and create long-term value for all shareholders.
