On the 3rd of September 2019, The Company had executed order to switch the Securities Administration Bureau, originally managed by PT BSR Indonesia

 

As of 6th of September 2019, the Company’s stock administration will be carried out by PT Datindo Entrycom

 

Cause of Switchover:

In order to implement consolidated management of stock administration in the Company’s business group, and considering of Company’s next corporate actions in the future

 

Explanation as to whether the company is affiliated with the involving entity:

The company is not affiliated with PT Datindo Entrycom in terms of ownership nor management

:

There is no visible impact to operational, legal, and financial affairs, or the business continuity of the company

 

 

As of 6th September 2019, shareholders can contact directly to PT Datindo Entrycom for any matters related to the registration of stock ownership, and as rightful shareholders of the company.
