Inauguration of SPPH Management for the 2025-2028 Period: Strengthening Synergy for Phapros' Advancement

Semarang, October 16, 2025 - The inauguration of the Phapros Workers Union (SPPh) management for the 2025-2028 period took place successfully on Thursday (16/10) at the Avicena Building, Simongan Factory, Semarang, and was attended in a hybrid format by all PT Phapros Tbk employees.

This inauguration event became an important momentum for the extended family of PT Phapros Tbk to strengthen synergy between management and employees in realizing industrial relations that are harmonious, productive, and fair.

In her remarks, the President Director of PT Phapros Tbk, Mrs. Ida Rahmi Kurniasih, expressed her appreciation for SPPh's contribution, which has been a strategic partner in maintaining constructive communication between employees and the company. It is hoped that the new SPPh management will provide suggestions and criticism to create a healthy work climate and encourage Phapros' progress together.

The inauguration of the Phapros Workers Union (SPPh) for the 2025-2028 period also featured the Report from the Chairman of the KPU (Workers Union General Election Committee), the Report of the Outgoing Management, and the Inauguration of the New Management of the PT Phapros Tbk Workers Union. This was followed by the signing of the Joint Commitment Letter between the Board of Directors and the New Management, and the Symbolic Handover of Office from the Outgoing Management represented by Mr. Joko Siswanto to the New Management represented by Mr. Raditya Prima Istiaji.

The elected SPPh Chairperson for the 2025-2028 period, Mrs. Feby Karnila, also emphasized the new management's commitment to bringing a spirit of togetherness and professionalism in advocating for employee welfare without neglecting the company's interests. The hope for the future is that the new SPPh management will be more advanced and developed. Programs that were implemented in the previous period can be improved, and programs that have not yet been implemented can be pursued.

The inauguration concluded with a joint prayer, accompanied by the hope that the new SPPh management would be able to foster constructive synergy between employees and the company that is increasingly strong and within a framework that is healthy, open, and fair, for the achievement of PT Phapros Tbk's progress and the welfare of all employees.

With a new spirit and strong synergy, it is hoped that the Phapros Workers Union (SPPh) for the 2025-2028 period can continue to play an active role in supporting the company's vision towards sustainable growth.
