Drive Revenue Growth, Phapros Accelerates Exports in 2025

JAKARTA, August 12, 2025 - PT Phapros Tbk, as one of the national pharmaceutical companies, continues to expand to increase revenue in the remaining time this year. The expansion is carried out by exporting its flagship products to Timor Leste and Cambodia in the second half of 2025. On August 11, 2025, Phapros products exported to Timor Leste included the Antimo Group products, Multivitamins, anti-inflammatory, and anti-allergic medications. There are 5 types of multivitamins and medicines exported with a value of over US$ 25,000.

The Acting CEO of Phapros, Ida Rahmi Kurniash, who is commonly known as Ida, said that Timor Leste and Cambodia are countries that have long been the main export destinations for this company's stock. "This opens opportunities for Phapros to continue expanding partnerships with countries in Asia," she explained. "In the future, the collaboration will not only positively impact the company's revenue but also foster strategic collaborations," she continued.

Ida added that besides Timor Leste, during the same period, Phapros also exported products to Cambodia. “Our shipment to Cambodia today is the 28th shipment since 2018. Until now, they have remained loyal customers of Phapros products with significant growth in volume and items. This indicates that the products we produce have high quality, not only in Indonesia but also abroad,” she explained. The products to be exported to Cambodia include antibiotics, corticosteroid anti-inflammatory, and anti-allergic medications with a total value of over US$ 70,000.

The company hopes that in the future, the export business will contribute to revenue for the company by up to 10%. "In addition to strengthening Phapros' position in the global market, this export is expected to provide a positive contribution to product sales, especially in increasing revenue for the company," added Ida.

The economic growth in Cambodia and Timor Leste has shown positive trends in recent years. Political stability and the increase in trade activities in both countries provide a significant opportunity for Indonesian businesses to expand their export markets. Furthermore, competition from Cambodia and Timor Leste's population towards Indonesian products has become increasingly intense. Several aspects such as strict regulations, product quality, competitive prices, and the positive image that has been built over time have allowed Indonesian products to compete with products from other countries. This has become an important asset in strengthening market penetration and increasing export volume.

Support from the Indonesian government is particularly felt in facilitating promotion in international markets and regulations that simplify export to destination countries. Additionally, the development of technical capabilities provides positive support for successful exports. The synergy between businesses, the government, and regulators is crucial in strengthening and increasing the export value of Indonesian products to other destination countries.

In the future, Phapros will continue to explore new market opportunities, build partnerships with strategic partners in both Asia and Africa, and develop innovative product portfolios relevant to global market needs.

This commitment will certainly strengthen the company's performance, as reflected in the financial report for the first semester of 2025, which showed consolidated sales growth of 25% and EBITDA growth of 869% year-on-year. "This achievement demonstrates that the business fundamentals are improving, and it will also become a crucial asset in expanding into international markets," concluded Ida.
