Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the 2024 Fiscal Year and Public Expose of PT Phapros Tbk

On June 30, 2025, the atmosphere at the Indonesia Health Learning Centre (IHLI) in East Jakarta came alive with the presence of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, Shareholders, Notary, Securities Administration Bureau (BAE), Public Accounting Office, and other invited guests for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the 2024 Fiscal Year. The AGM serves as an important event reflecting the company’s performance, evaluating achievements, and planning for business continuity.

Starting at 13:30 WIB, the shareholders filled the venue, warmly welcomed by the committee. Registration went smoothly with thorough technical preparations. The AGM consisted of six main agenda items: approval of the annual and financial reports, utilization of net profits, determination of remuneration and bonuses for the Directors and Commissioners, appointment of the Public Accounting Office, approval for asset collateralization exceeding 50% of net assets, and changes to the management structure.

The meeting was opened by the MC, Mrs. Dwi Novinda Romauly, followed by the leadership of the meeting by the President Commissioner, Mr. Maxi Rein Rondonuwu. Mrs. Ida Rahmi Kurniasih, the Acting President Director, presented the operational and financial performance, regulatory compliance, product innovations, and market expansion. Mr. Masrizal Achmad Syarief, representing the Board of Commissioners, discussed the supervision report and recommendations for 2025. After the Q&A session and voting, the agenda continued with presentations by Mr. Yudhi Rangkuti, Mrs. Chrisma Aryani Albandjar, and Mr. Masrizal for the next topics, including asset collateralization and changes to the management structure.

After the AGM was concluded, the event proceeded to the Public Expose (PE). During this moment, the company presented the results of the AGM and its future strategies to investors and the media. The atmosphere became more interactive with the participation of journalists online.

The PE session was opened by the MC, Asyera Dewi Barita, followed by the main event, which was the Management Presentation moderated by Zahmilia Akbar. The Board of Directors then gave presentations explaining the company’s achievements and challenges, starting with Acting President Director Ida Rahmi Kurniasih, Director of Finance, Risk Management, and HR Yudhi Rangkuti, and concluding with Director of Marketing Maraja Jeson Siregar.

The Q&A session was active with questions regarding finance, sustainability, and industry competition. The Board of Directors provided clear and transparent answers, strengthening the company’s image. After 40 minutes, the session ended with an optimistic message from the Acting President Director, who appreciated all stakeholders for their support and trust. The PE served as concrete proof of the company’s commitment to transparency and open communication with the public.
